The sections throughout the book are fantastic! I appreciate how the book highlights individuals with graphic design backgrounds who hold various positions across different fields, giving us an inside look at what they do. This demonstrates that designers don't work in just one type of place. For instance, Zoe Bortz, a junior graphic designer for the New York City Ballet, works on more straightforward design tasks such as creating season brochures, basic typesetting, and image edits. For a junior designer, this is valuable experience as it allows you to get to know a brand while balancing the need to stay within the brand's style and creating unique, non-redundant pieces.
