I love learning about the many different positions and variations available to graphic designers. It's not only because of the numerous opportunities to take advantage of, but it also validates my decision to further my education in this field. However, there's a dilemma—or maybe it's not a dilemma, well, yes, actually, it is a dilemma... To design in-house or not? To work at a small independent agency or not? I see great opportunity in both, and it seems that most designers get a taste of both and everything in-between. This is fine with me; in fact, I love the idea of experiencing different environments and knowledge sets.
